The truth is, stretch marks take time before it disappears no matter the remedies you apply. That was why I said earlier that you will need to be patient and perseverance to see the result.
So, to help you, here are 6 ways you can get rid of stretch marks in your skin that won’t you’re your pocket.
- Shea Butter
You must have heard of this healing cream. It is medicine to the skin. It can reduce inflammation in the skin and also a good moisturizer. Applying Shea butter to the affected area every day will keep the skin healthy and repair the damaged cells.
- Aloe Vera
This is another skin ailment. Aloe Vera is mostly used to treat skin problems because of its moisturizing and anti-inflammatory effects. If you wish to use Aloe Vera to treat your stretch mark, here are two ways to use it;
- You can choose to apply the gel from the Aloe Vera stalks twice a day unto the affected area and leave it for at least 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, you will then rinse the skin with lukewarm water. If you stay consistent, you will observe the stretch marks disappearing little by little.
- Another option is by mixing the gel from the Aloe Vera with 5 vitamins A capsules and 10 vitamin E capsules oil. After mixing, apply it to the affected part of the skin till it absorbs completely. It must be done daily until you get the expected result.

- Cocoa Butter
Cocoa butter is also a stretch mark removing and an anti-aging cream. It penetrates the deeper layer of the skin and heals damages cells.
You will need a tablespoon of kernel oil, Beeswax, vitamin E oil and ½ cup of cocoa butter. Then, you will mix all these ingredients and heat them till the beeswax melt.
Apply the mixture to the affected skin two to three times a day. After a few weeks, you will see the stretch marks disappearing. Store the mixture in an airtight container in a cool place.
Supplements like zinc also help in getting rid of stretch marks in the skin. Zinc is good for healing damage cells in the body. Aside from taking supplements with zinc, you can eat foods containing zinc to naturally get rid of the stretch marks.

- Castro Oil
